REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES

TRAVEL
Flights, visas, Travel Insurance, accomodation, local transportation and meals are not included in any registration fees. However, a detailed information packet will be sent to all confirmed participants to help coordinate their stay, including a list of recommended accommodations, local transport options, recommendations for phone/data etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS
The application process is operating on a first come first serve basis and participants can be accepted right up until the start of the session, depending on availability.
Enrollment is limited to 6 per host.
PAYMENT
Participation is confirmed upon full payment of the tuition payment options.
Payment is Accepted via PayPal, Revolut and Bank Transfer.
Any fees incurred in sending the fee are the responsibility of the participant.
CANCELLATIONS/WITHDRAWALS/REFUNDS
The deadline for registered participants to withdraw their participation with a refund is 7 days before the start date. Please note that a €250 cancelation fee remains applicable. Refund requests received after the 7 days before the start will not be accepted.
In the event that the session is not meeting minimum enrollment, or needs to be canceled for any other reason, registrations will be refunded in full without any cancelation fees applied. Please however note that Renegade Expeditions cannot be held responsible for any non-refundable traveling expenses if the workshop is not running. Purchasing travel insurance is therefore highly recommended.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
Renegade Expeditions and all Directors, employees and contractors accept no liability for death, illness, accident or injury or loss or damage to photo equipment or personal belongings during the course of any experience, or in transit to and from. We reserve the right to change our plans due to any conditions we deem necessary to do so, or to cancel any aspect of the experience due to exceptional or unexpected circumstances. Our liability shall be limited to the total value of the experience only. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. By booking and paying for any experience offered by us, participants acknowledge that they are aware of the risks of personal injury and deem themselves physically able of safely taking part in the experience. Further they release all Directors, employees and contractors from all liability for death, injury, illness, accident or loss of personal property or expenses associated with participation in the experience. We will not be held liable for any loss or additional expenses that you may incur, that are not included in the experience provided by us, even in the event of a cancellation, changes or delay by us.
YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS CONTRACT
By booking an experience and subsequently making payment of the fee, you agree to accept all of the above terms and conditions. This includes all persons who pertain to making this booking, including those that do so on the behalf of others.
